Shipping policy

Shipping methods are selected on the Checkout page. Products can be delivered to the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain.

Delivery Methods

Parflex. The courier will attempt delivery 2 times to the delivery address specified during checkout. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel will be returned to Viorica Cosmetic’s headquarters and the order will be cancelled. The customer will bear the cost of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the order. In this case, the delivery address will be reconfirmed with a VIorica Cosmetic customer service representative, by phone or email.

Delivery is performed under CPT (Carriage Paid To) conditions, which means:
The seller pays for transporting the goods to the agreed destination. The risk of loss or damage to the goods, as well as any additional costs arising after the goods have been handed over to the carrier, are transferred from the seller to the customer at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.

  • Delivery is carried out via Parflex courier service
  • Shipping costs:
    • €12 for orders up to 5 kg
    • €20 for orders between 5.1–31 kg
  • Delivery is available in France, Germany, Italy and Spain

Delivery Time

Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your AWB tracking number. You can track your shipment online using the UPS tracking system.

Maximum Delivery Term

Subject to product availability and in the absence of extraordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to deliver the products:

  • by the date specified in the order confirmation; or
  • within the estimated timeframe indicated when selecting the delivery method,
  • and in any case, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of the shipping confirmation.

Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as unforeseen circumstances or specific delivery areas.

If, for objective reasons, we are unable to meet the delivery deadline, we will inform you and offer you the option to:

  • keep the order with a new delivery date; or
  • cancel the order, with a full refund of the amount paid.

When is the Delivery Considered Completed

For the purposes of these Terms, delivery is considered completed when you or a third party designated by you take physical possession of the products, as evidenced by signing the delivery receipt at the agreed delivery address.

If the package shows signs of damage (broken, opened, etc.), notify us at contact@viorica.eu

After opening the package, if it contains damaged products or does not match the invoiced products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and attach photos of the products and/or packaging.

Viorica Cosmetic is not responsible for defects resulting from handling or transport performed by the courier.

If delivery and/or order processing deadlines cannot be met, Viorica Cosmetic will inform the Customer about the situation and the estimated new delivery timeframe, without either party being entitled to claim damages from the other.
